Walking the show floor will allow you and your employees to see innovative products, learn about installation
procedures, discuss volume pricing and availability issues, discover business management tools and much more
from over 100 quality exhibitors without spending anything!
How many exhibitors will be there?
We estimate that we will have over 100 exhibitors offering the latest and greatest products and services the home
building industry has to offer!
What kinds of products will I see?
If you're looking for specific products, chances are we'll have exhibitors touting them at the
New Product Showcase! Exhibitors will be featuring windows, doors, fireplaces, lighting,
audio/video equipment, appliances, garage doors, gutter systems, vent covers, blueprint protection boxes,
garage organization systems, HVAC equipment, roofing materials, lumber, floor joists, landscape systems,
closet systems, financial products, internet services, drywall products, marketing/publication services,
home warranties, labor services, waterproofing and lots more! How can you not afford to stop by even if it
is for a short while?
How much is admission?
A show pass is FREE and allows you access to the show floor and hors d'oeuvres at the happy hour.
Are food and drinks available?
Yes, hors d'oeuvres are available at no cost. Drinks are also available at three bar stations located on the
show floor for: $2 beer, $3 mixed drink, soda at no charge.
Is there a fee to park?
Parking is FREE!

What happens if my booth selections are not available?
HBA show management will communicate with the contact person on the contract to discuss
an alternative choice.
When is my balance due for booth space?
Your completed contract must accompany full payment. Show management reserves the right
to re-sell contracted booths with unpaid balances. Deposits paid will be forfeited to the HBA as
liquidated damages. See the official rules and regulations for more information.
What are the height restrictions for booths?
Island booths will be allowed to create displays up to 20 feet in height. All in-line booths must remain
below 8 feet in height. In-line booths must also have side walls below 4 feet in height for the front half
of the booth. Please see the official rules and regulations for more information.
Do I have to rent carpet?
Carpet can be rented from the HBA or you may bring your own. Other alternate floor coverings are also
acceptable if installed in a neat, professional manner. All floor coverings must span the entire booth width
and go at least 9 feet deep in all in-line booths. Island displays must cover the entire contracted booth
space with flooring. NOTE: Personal flooring must allow for easy access to all utilities located in the show
floor and at the back drape line. Exhibitors will have no recourse for damage to their flooring if access is
not acceptable and show management or its agents are forced to make the access acceptable.
When can I set up my booth?
Yes. You will be allowed to set up your booth on either Tuesday, July 17 from 12 -p.m. - 5 p.m. or on Wednesday, July
18 from 8 a.m. - 1 p.m.
How can I get additional exhibitor passes?
Each exhibitor receives two complimentary passes for every 80 square feet of exhibit space rented. Additional
passes can be purchased in advance for $25 each and includes access to the happy hour.
How do I get listed in the show directory?
A secondary mailing will be sent to the contact person(s). Each exhibitor receives two directory
listings for every 80 square feet of exhibit space rented. To purchase additional or bold listings,
please complete this form.

Who do I contact for electrical service?
Please complete this form and remit with proper payment. Orders will not placed until payment has been received.
